Shirt designer

How does it work

The shirt designer is a powerful tool where you can create your perfect shirt. The process is broken down into steps, where you can select fabric, design and details.

Fit / measurements

You can take body measurements or shirt measurements and add these to your profile before you place an order. There is also the possibility of selecting standard measurements.

We really care about your satisfaction with your new shirt and want you to come back! If you are unsatisfied with the first shirt you have ordered from us, we will make everything we can to get things right - free of charge. Get in touch with our customer support and describe the issues you are having, then we can determine whether it is more convenient to take the shirt to a local tailor for modifications, or whether the shirt needs to be re-made.


The shirt designer is currently not ideal when viewing on a mobile device. We are working hard to update the designing experience and hope to release an updated version soon.


Fabric information

You can find a lot of information about fabrics in our fabrics section, where all individual details are shown. There is also the possibility of ordering fabric samples with our Tailor’s Kit, if you want to check feel and quality before placing an order.


Changing order details

Orders often quickly go into production, so if you need to make an alteration to your shirt, please get in touch with our customer support as quickly as you can. When the order has already gone into production, it will not be possible to make alterations any longer.


Changing address

If you need to update your address details, please contact customer support as quickly as you can, because after an order has been shipped, our options to re-route the parcel is very limited, especially for international orders.

Ordering for someone else

If you want to place an order and send it to someone else, you need to add these alternative shipping details in the cart when you checkout. Please note that this might change the total price if the destination country changes, due to different VAT and shipping costs.

Payment providers

We currently offer payment by credit card via Paynova - a trusted Swedish payment provider, active since 2001 and certified by Sweden's financial supervisory authority (Finansinspektionen). It is also possible to pay by PayPal as well as Tailorist gift card. More payment options might be added in the future.


All payment and financial transactions take place on a secure third party platform. We don’t store or process your credit card information.


Shirt does not fit

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we make sure that all orders are properly checked before they are shipped. If it is your first order, we will make alterations to your shirt - either locally or make a new shirt - until it fits properly. For later orders, if the shirt doesn’t match the measurements you added when ordering, just get in touch with customer support and we will see what can be done.

Order is damaged

If the products ordered have been damaged in transit (broken or soiled), please get in touch with customer support, describing the problem and ideally sending a photo of the damage.

General returns

Our general return policy is described in our terms and conditions. In short, it is not possible to return custom shirts, but other products can be returned within a certain time frame.

We provide email support in order to keep our prices competitive, as well as keep our support fast and comprehensive. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours Monday-Friday.
