This agreement is between Tailorist AB and you as a customer. We care for that all information on this website is correct to the best of our knowledge and that your order will be processed as quickly as possible. You guarantee that all details you provide are correct and that you will contact us as soon as possible if you notice anything incorrect.

When the production of a tailor made item has commenced, no more changes can be made.

You will receive an order confirmation and we will also notify you when the order is dispatched with an estimated delivery time.

Payment

You can pay using the following methods on our website:

  • VISA, Mastercard and American Express
  • Tailorist gift card

Payment security is of paramount importance to us and we take many steps to make sure your information is safe with us. Credit card transactions can be done though Svea Ekonomi.

Payment is carried out in accordance with current rules governing online payments in Sweden and the EU. We use the hosted PCI - DSS - certified credit card payment solution from Svea Ekonomi/Webpay. The money is reserved in your account at the time of order.

All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and safely encrypted. We use the latest safety technology for online card payments 3D - Secure – a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard in order to safely validate the consumer at the time of purchase online.

We DO NOT save any credit card information on our own server.

Price

Our prices include 25% VAT for customers in the EU. No additional fees are added to the price you see on our website when you place your order.

Cookies

You probably know about this already. A cookie is a small file that is saved on your computer. We need it in order to save your cart and your designs, see which country you shop from and certain functions related to statistics and site improvement.

You can restrict or turn off cookies in your browser. It will, however, lead to certain functions not functioning on our website.

We anonymise these details and do not share them with third parties.

When will I receive my order?

We realise that it's boring to wait. So we do our best to deliver as soon as we can. Delivery time for tailor made items is approximately 10-20 working days.

For other products such as gift cards as well as accessories such as ties, bow ties and cufflinks delivery time is 2-7 working days.

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat €15 fee for delivery, regardless of weight. For orders above €100 delivery is free-of-charge.

Products such as tape measures, gift cards and Tailor's Kits are delivered free-of-charge. The cost of these items does not count towards the €100 free delivery.

Returns

As a customer you have a general right to cancel an order, based on Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen (2005:59).

For custom made products, there can be agreement to revoke this right. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to the right to cancel not applying for products such as Tailorist's custom made shirts, as well as standard products that have been custom fitted.

For products where the right to cancel does apply, the customer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. The customer has to pay for return postage. It should be returned in its original packaging to:

Tolerances

When you provide body measurements or measurements from another shirt, these are the details that are used for the custom made product that we produce.

For body measurements we always adjust these to suit the model and fit you have selected. The measurements can also differ slightly based on fabric, due to varying shrinkage.

Although slight variance can occur, our ambition is to produce tailor made products that are sewn as close to your measurements as possible. We strive to keep you as a long term customer, hence a perfect fit is what we aim for.

If you are not satisfied

If the tailor made product doesn't meet your expectations for other reasons than stated above, we offer a new production or to cover local tailoring costs up to a certain amount. This only applies once per customer and product type.
